ICS has developed a software suite which takes the information from the detectors and makes this available to customers via an internet link. The service will be hosted on ICS servers but if required could be run through a customer’s own servers also. A series of reports will be available from ICS which will include the facility to monitor note condition by:
- Denomination
- Soil level
- Location
- Machine type
- Date and time
This information will enable users to asses not only note quality in circulation but also a comprehensive range of productivity and efficiency measures to manage their own and third party resources.
The ICS software and reporting package is intended to supplement current vendor software packages which are used for vault management, ATM estate management and cash forecasting purposes. ICS will work separately from these existing packages and any generic customer solutions to provide an independent quality audit facility across the entire operational network.
